What do you see when you look at me?
What do you see when you look at me? Do you see another statistic, a gang member or an uneducated black teen? Do you not see through the nappy hair and saggy pants? What if I were to graduate with a 3.5 will that be recognized? I’m so scared to be pulled over by a cop, because if I get an attitude or something the cop will take that as a threat. Not all black people are in gangs. I think you got look into people’s heart before judging another human being. I feel like there’s more judgement in this world then love. I think if we all do better I think the racial profiling in all races we stop. The first time I experienced anything racist. Was when I was 12 or 8 and I was on Xbox, then some kid called the n word and didn’t want to play with me because I was black. I got mad and I just left the chat. The next my mom talked to me and told me “there’s gone to be people that don’t like you just don’t fight just tell someone around you”.
